Central Asia Development Group (CADG) delivers engineering and construction, aviation and logistics, aid management and agricultural services as well as other development solutions to remote and challenging areas in Central Asia. From infrastructural work on canals, bridges and roads to sustainable agricultural and economic development projects, we work to improve the lives of local communities in the developing world.

With our well-established management system, CADG supports large-scale development projects as well as smaller donor-funded, cash-intensive development projects. Always client-oriented, we deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.

Here, our approach to development is unique. Administering one of the largest and most successful USAID community development programs in Afghanistan, we don’t hire subcontractors to carry out our projects—and we don’t just hand out resources, either. Instead, we work with communities to directly implement projects with local labor and vocational training whenever possible. This ensures transparency and quality as well as saving our donors money. It also means that our projects are driven by community ownership, creating more sustainable solutions.

Our diverse expertise comes from our committed team members who bring with them extensive experience working in developing economies. We are specialists in the fields of engineering, project management, civil design, agriculture, finance and economics.
